Well-appointed units with a terrace, conveniently close to Lambton Quay, ample storage space, and extremely friendly and accommodating staff.

    Location.

Standard of maintenance and general amenities poor. Could not get the rooms warm enough for comfort. Shower lukewarm. Broken window handle, window would not close.

The hotel met all our requirements. It was a wonderful base for exploring the tourist area, located near shops, sights, and good restaurants. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Having a lounge and carpet was very convenient.

Teh apartment was nice and well equipped. Staff were very helpful

The road noise was not mentioned by anyone and was horrendous. The window coverings in the bedroom were not adequate for the bright light that shone straight into throught he windows. The beds were far too large for the size of the bedrooms

Close to where we had to be

The lifts stunk, the place needed upkeep as things in the room were falling out like the window and fire alarm.. Room stunk of cleaners fluid and the door needed to be lifted up B4 you could close it.... Most interestingly price hike for rugby by over 100 % when game came to town seeing that CEO in magazine that they publish said that they would not hike prices up if a major event was in town. Apart from this better than nothing when all are crazy prices during the game recommend this to others if they don't mind the smell and broken bits.

The hotel units were nicely furnished and had well-presented balconies and a laundry facility that unfortunately did not work.

Convenient location was a plus. We got a fully functional and cozy room with a bathroom, but the glass was a bit dirty. 🧼

Overall it was a really really nice stay on the visit. The restaurant was good, and the staff excellent.

    Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

It is strategically located between the main street for shopping and nearby to the Railway Station. The room was very clean and well equipped, which make the stay comfortable.

The accommodation is stylish with helpful staff, offering a beautiful view of the harbor from the apartment, which has convenient amenities like a microwave, coffee and tea supplies, and a fridge.

In the centre of the city, close to restuarants etc

There was a bad smell (garbage) on the 67th floor when you ngot out of the lift and started walking down the hall

Had very very good stay for business trip with very amiable staff and handy location to Wellington Quays area. Location: the hotel was so close to museums, and cable car and waterfront...
